Ipswich East area Connect open afternoon
Staff from the Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) across Ipswich & East Suffolk had the opportunity to meet and find out more about local voluntary and community services today at the first Connect Open Afternoon. The Rural Coffee Caravan, Lofty Heights, Activ Lives, Mind, Sue Ryder, Age UK Suffolk, InfoLink Suffolk, Anglia Care Trust, Suffolk Wellbeing, Ipswich Locality Homelessness Partnership, New Skill Centre, and Community Action Suffolk all hosted ‘market stalls’ for practitioners to visit, ask questions and gather information.
Susie Mills, Locality Manager, Ipswich Locality Homelessness Partnership said “The event was a really good opportunity to explain to professionals what we’re all about. People showed a lot of interest which is great for us.”
