Woodbridge/Wickham Market is about to become Connect’s newest Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) and the exact boundaries are being finalised. Whilst this takes place staff members are taking the opportunity to hot-desk within other organsations to help the process of working more closely together and have also undertaken some joint training.
Work has taken place to ensure that there is no duplication of work and joint visits are made where appropriate.
One of the aims of Connect is to help people be aware of what support is available in their local community to help them and their families lead a healthy and active life.
